Shipping & Returns
We currently only offering delivery via PosLaju for domestic delivery and EMS for international delivery. Orders will be processed for shipping within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). However, purchases made during launches or festive periods might be subjected to longer processing time. An email will be sent once your item is shipped.
Shipping cost within Malaysia starts from MYR 10.00 per item.
Shipping cost for Singapore is MYR 35.00 per item.
Shipping cost for other countries is MYR 130.00 per item.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Email our team firstname.lastname@example.org to clarify further about returns and we will assist you on this process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items on Sale
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Get in contact with our team at email@example.com to get further information on exchanges.
